The course 'at a glance'-

Wise-Craft is a home study course that anyone can undertake- simply read through the information here and enroll- we welcome all seekers, at any level of knowledge or experience.

You can undertake the course in your own home, at your own pace, in your own time, but with our full support and guidance at all times. 

If you do live near enough to us to train and learn directly with us, well that's excellent, but if you don't you can still undertake the course and will gain immensely from doing so- we will still support and guide you through the distance learning framework.

* The course follows the traditional 'Year and a day' training of Wicca and leads towards Initiation into the Circles of the Wise. 

* 'Wise-Craft' is a 'stand-alone', correspondence course of Witchcraft training, that anyone can undertake in their own home, at their own pace, in their own time.

* The course has been specifically developed to enable those who are isolated to learn, develop and train directly with Wiccan Initiates within the traditional Wiccan circles. From that you can either stand confidently on your own as a Solitary Witch, or seek a Coven to work with if you aren't continuing along your path with us.

* 'Wise-Craft' has been developed from and follows the traditional training given to those seeking initiation into Wicca as a Mystery Tradition of Witchcraft.

* Though the course is conducted through distance learning and correspondence, you will be under the care of an initiated Witch and Wiccan Elder throughout your training, and all that you do will be personally supervised and supported on a 'one-to-one' basis with full feedback, encouragement, guidance and help with anything that you don't fully understand, or anything at all that you have any difficulty with. 

* As far as possible this can also involve 'face-to-face' personal tuition, training and support. Especially with ritual, craft work and any other areas that work best through direct example and 'one-to-one' approaches. This may also include attending rituals with us, attending discussion circles and similar as we organise them.

* The course consists of 6 modules: Each module uses a balance of practical and theoretical work to help you learn Wiccan foundation teachings as well as developing your own creative skills and personal expression of your Witchcraft. Each module is designed to take a month to work through. This is flexible though, so that you can take more time if you need to- we will 'Hurry slowly' together.

* There is no 'padding' or other extraneous material within the course: All is expressed through clear principles, practical examples, and an easily followed layout and lesson plan, and the entire course revolves around a structure which provides firm guidance while not limiting your own inner guidance and creativity.

* The Course is flexibly structured: Through twenty five  years of experience of Witchcraft we have developed a training framework that uses a flexible structure based on traditional training and development within Wicca, but which has been adapted to suit the needs of Witches within our modern society. Which provides a framework of teaching that is not rigid but is strongly shaped to ensure that you do receive all the teaching, support, guidance and help that you need while not suppressing your own creativity. This also allows for individual needs and requirements rather than forcing you to conform to a rigid structure.

* Wicca is a balance between structure and creativity: Traditional teachings balanced against creative spontaneity rather than 'anything goes' and disordered thinking. This balance is strongly stressed and reinforced through the course.

* Each part of the course incorporates teaching materials for you to learn and use as reference, exercises to help practise and develop your skills as a Witch, and practical projects for you to undertake so as to develop a broad range of skills, magickal techniques and other resources. All of which then weaves together to form one coherent body of wisdom.

* Those who demonstrate commitment to themselves, to Wicca, and to the course generally will be personally invited to join in rituals with Brighdes Fire Coven and to take part in individual training and development sessions, as well as participating in additional Wiccan development circles.

* Those who show particular promise will also potentially be Initiated into Brighdes Fire Coven if they and we feel they are in resonance with our collective spirit and 'way', or invited to study further and more directly with us towards Initiation.

* When you complete 'Wise-Craft' will receive a certificate of completion showing the effort and commitment you have made to Wicca and to yourself- you will be able to display this with pride.

* If on completion of the course you are continuing to work with us and are undertaking our Dedicant training, we will discuss you participating in a special Ritual of Dedication with Brighdes Fire Coven.

WHAT YOU WILL GAIN FROM UNDERTAKING 'WISE-CRAFT':-

* You will learn the inner principles and secrets  of Witchcraft

* You will develop a broad range of powerful magickal skills

* You will learn how to weave spells, work magick, create rituals, celebrate Wiccan festivals, bring yourself into alignment with the deepest forces at work in this Universe and on this planet, and you will discover and make manifest your own creativity and magickal potentials

* You will be guided, supported and helped at every stage of the course

* You will discover and make manifest aspects of your inner self and your inner power that you may not have known you had.

* You will be joining the Circle of the Wise- Witchcraft

* Wicca is a Mystery tradition of Priestesses and Priests: You will be working towards Initiation into this tradition.

 

HOW THE COURSE WORKS:- The format and structure of the course work through interaction between Teacher and Student from the Students work with each module. 

In a nutshell that's- 'You receive the material, do the work, study the reference material, undertake the exercises and projects, contact me for feedback as you go along or if you have any problems, need any help or further guidance, for help with anything you  need that with, or to explore any subject in greater depth as you move through the course. We work through everything together to ensure that you have thoroughly understood and assimilated all of that, and when you're ready to do so you simply send for the next module with your fee payment for that.

COURSE FEES:- The fees as shown here are for your work through "Wise-Craft". For those who move on from that into training directly with us  there are no fees, and we ask only that you make a small Temple donation to cover refreshments and other expenses at training circles.

Each Module thereafter:- Just £13.00 (In UK)

For those outside the UK fees are:-

£23/$45(US)  Each Module thereafter

This covers bank charges and the additional Air mail postage to your country from the UK

Many people would benefit from learning from us and drawing from our experience, but cannot make the commitment needed to undertake all of our training course, or only need help and guidance with specific subjects, and so we are happy to offer that you can take any modules you choose to work with and to then have as excellent teaching and reference material.

Look through the information which details the subjects covered in each module, choose which ones you want and then simply send for them to the same contact details as given above.

This way you can access our experience and knowledge, gain excellent material to learn from and keep as reference material, and can focus on the subjects you need to rather than having to commit yourself to undertaking the entire course.

Each module taken as a work-alone unit from this offer is just £6.00 if you are happy to work with that on your own. If you'd like the same level of help and personal guidance that those undertaking the full course receive, each Module is £13.00
