BEADWORK & ‘NATIVE-
AMERICAN’ STYLE WORK

As you’ll have read elsewhere I can bead-work in a number of different styles- Appliqué, ‘Lazy/Squaw’ stitch, Floral, Geometric and Peyote-Gourd stitch.

If you are at all familiar with Native American craft work you will have seen beautiful examples of all of these styles of bead work.

Here's an example of a Peyote stitch-beaded Pipe stem I made a while back.

If you'd like this style of bead work on any item with a rounded shape- such as Pipe stems, Rattles, Wands or drumsticks for example, I can do this for you for approximately £3.50 per inch of beadwork. Work from that basis for a good idea of how we can approach this.
